For the whole month of October, we invite you to explore the world of Pinot Noir at Vermilion! We're celebrating one of the world's oldest, most temperamental and diverse varietals with a selection of unique bottles paired with small plates ($28). Chef Thomas has devised three diverse bites that pair perfectly with our selection of Pinot Noirs culled from around the globe – all of which showcase the range that this humble, light-skinned grape can achieve. ••• Iberico Ham, Figs, Balsamic Paired with Pinot from North Coast, California ••• Tete de Moine cheese, Honey, Candied Spiced Peanuts Paired with Pinot from Marlborough, New Zealand ••• Mushroom Duck Liver Mousse Crostini Paired with Pinot from Sancerre, France
